Hellenbrand Raves and Reviews

I wanted to take the time to let you know how impressed I have been the past three months with the quality of service provided by your employees.  We had a water softener installed in our home and your employees showed up when they said they would be there, cleaned up after themselves when they were done and then called a few days later to see how the new water softener was working.  We appreciate the follow up and have been happy with the performance of our softener! A few weeks later we required service on our Iron Curtain and Reverse Osmosis system.  Not only did Dean squeeze us in for service on short notice, I asked that he drop off six bags of softner salt.  Prior to leaving he called to let me know that five bags were stacked near our softener and that a sixth bag had a hold in it so he took the time to empty it in the holding tank so that I would not pick up the bag and spill the salt on the floor. Service like this just doesn't happen anymore.  This type of service will bring me back to Hellenbrand for all my water needs.  I wanted you to know that you have a customer for life! I only wish more businesses took care of their customers the way you do.  Thanks again for all your help.                                                                          - Rick Kekula - Madison, WI     I wanted to take the time to let you know how pleased I was working with one of your employees. On Monday I spoke with them concerning a problem I was having with my reverse osmosis system. They proceeded to go through a number of items for me to check. Over the next 2 days I spoke with them until I was able to get the system up and running. The ultimate issue was a clogged restirctor valve. I appreciate their patience while working with me and walking me through the different scenarios as to the possible problems. The step-by-step how to instructions was very much appreciated!
